This webinar will provide a practical overview of Reactivity, including how CARB uses reactivity metrics to assess ozone-forming potential, how MIR differs from traditional mass-based VOC regulation, and why these concepts are receiving renewed attention in connection with consumer product survey data and future rulemaking discussions.
